For an individual tour or small groups (under 25 people), the fees are as follows:
ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12...................$6.00
CHILDREN, 6 TO 12..........................................$4.00
CHILDREN, 5 AND UNDER................................FREE
SENIOR CITIZENS, 65 AND OLDER...................$5.00
For a more expanded tour offered to larger groups, the fee will vary according to the number of people and the type of tour day requested. For example, for a group of about 50 adults touring the log house, enjoying the Civil War interpreters, and a hayride, the cost per person would be $10.00. There is flexibility in the pricing, less for Senior citizens and children.
Available for weddings, receptions, family reunions, theme parties and other special events throughout the calendar year by appointment. For event rental, the cost to rent the Homestead is $200.00 per hour on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. $100.00 per hour during the week.
